Discipline Policy

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

Our school code of conduct outlines the expected behavior and responsibilities of students, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment. Adhering to these guidelines is a shared commitment to uploading our school values and ensuring a harmonious atmosphere conducive to academic growth and personal development. 

Do's:

  1. Respect Others:
    • Treat classmates, teachers, and staff with courtesy and consideration
    • Embrace diversity and be inclusive.
    • Uphold the academic integrity of yourself and your peers.
  2. Be Punctual and Regular:
    • Arrive at school and classes on time.
    • Execute academic responsibilities promptly, meeting specified deadlines without exception.
  3. Follow Dress Code:
    • Adhere to the school dress code policy outlined in the School Almanac.
    • Wear the school uniform neatly and appropriately.
  4. Be Environment Sensitive:
    • Keep classrooms, hallways and common areas clean.
    • Contribute to minimize waste and participate in school eco-friendly initiatives.
  5. Take Responsibility:
    • Demonstrate accountability of your actions.
    • Report any incidents of bullying or inappropriate behavior to a teacher or school counselor.
  6. Focus on Learning:
    • Pay attention in class and engage actively in discussions.
    • Complete homework and assignments with diligence.
  7. Resolve Conflicts Peacefully:
    • Address conflicts calmly and constructively.
    • Seek assistance from a teacher or counselor when necessary.
  8. Participate Actively:
    • Explore and participate in school clubs, sports and events.
    • Contribute actively to class activities, showcasing your enthusiasm for learning.
  9. Be a Model Student:
    • Contribute positively to the school community and beyond.
    • Adhere rigorously to classroom rules and regulations, setting a standard of excellence for others to follow.

Don'ts:

  1. No Bullying:
    • Do not engage in any form of bullying, including verbal, physical, or cyber bullying.
  2. No Cheating:
    • Do not cheat on tests, or assignments.
    • Do not engage in any dishonest practices that compromise honesty.
    • No Unauthorized Items:
    • Avoid disrupting classes or school activities.
    • Refrain from bringing objectionable items or engaging in unscrupulous activities.
    • Do not bring prohibited items like cell phones, expensive articles, or any sharp object to school.
  3. No Vandalism:
    • Do not misuse, deface or damage school property.
    • Do not hide any instances of vandalism, maintain integrity and accountability.
  4. No Discrimination:
    • Do not discriminate against others based on race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.
  5. No inappropriate Language:
    • Avoid the use of offensive or inappropriate language in both spoken and written.
    • Don't indulge in hearsay and spreading rumors.
  6. Ni Skipping Classes:
    • Attend all scheduled classes and avoid skipping without proper authorization.
    • Respect the importance of regular attendance.

     Consequences:

      Any breach of the code of conduct will result in consequences such as verbal warnings, written warnings, parents' intervention, detention, suspension, or other actions of serious nature as determined by the school administration.
